The BIG EASY Animal Hospital, located in the trendy neighborhood of Lawrenceville, is currently looking for motivated, talented, and compassionate full or part-time Associate Doctors to join our growing hospital.  Ideal candidates should have relevant experience, a great interest in surgeries, good client communication and above all, meet our core values. Full-Time Associates start at 34 hours/week. Schedule is a Monday-Friday 10am-6pm shift.  Candidate will work 4 days a week and can have 3 consecutive days off.  No overnight, weekends or holiday calls. Clients are referred to local 24 hour care facilities.  Saturdays are strictly for veterinary nurse appointments. We offer 401K programs, health (medical, dental, vision) benefits, professional dues, uniform allowance, PTO, CE Allowance and a competitive salary with monthly production bonus.  We also offer a $2000.00 stipend for clients in financial need.

Full-time or Part-time Associate

New Stanton Veterinary Service is searching for a compassionate full-time or part-time associate.  We are a rapidly growing, privately-owned small animal practice in the southeastern Pittsburgh suburbs.  We are easily accessible from several major highways (I 70, PA turnpike, PA 66, and US 119) and serve many southern Westmoreland and northern Fayette county communities.  

Our hospital was recently renovated and is well-equipped with a plethora of brand new equipment (Idexx in house hematology, chemistry, and urinalysis, digital x-ray, color doppler ultrasound, anesthesia monitor including EKG, SPO2, BP, and ETCO2, doppler blood pressure monitor, adjustable electric surgery table, lift exam tables, etc).   Additional equipment purchases are planned for the near future.  

Daily associate responsibilities would include both preventive care and illness and injury cases.  Surgery time can be scheduled based on interest and experience.  

Our hospital is well-staffed.  Our team currently consists of two experienced veterinarians, a registered nurse, two certified veterinary technicians, five veterinary assistants, and three receptionists.  Multiple staff members have been working at NSVS for 10 plus years.  

As a trusted member of our community, we work closely with SOS Animal Rescue and LifeSavers Animal Rescue.  

This position is a great opportunity for both an experienced veterinarian or a new graduate.  We are able and willing to mentor and provide growth opportunities.

Weekly work schedule is negotiable.  Hours open are 8AM to 6 PM Monday through Thursday and 8 AM to 2 PM Friday.  No weekend or on-call duty.

Norwin Veterinary Hospital is an AAHA accredited hospital that was founded in 1977.  The hospital is located east of Pittsburgh PA.   We serve the areas of North Huntingdon, Greensburg, Monroeville, McKeesport White Oak and other Southwestern Pennsylvania communities.  Situated between the Greater Pittsburgh area and scenic Laurel Highlands, the area is a blend of suburban, rural and industrial communities.  The area offers educational opportunities and a wide range of sporting and cultural events.  It is a nice area to raise a family and it is not an expensive area in which to live.

We are presently seeking full- time veterinarians who are willing to practice progressive clinical medicine and surgery.  Knowledge in basic

exotic animal medicine is encouraged but not required.  An experienced veterinarian is preferred but a recent graduate will be considered.  We will train and mentor the new associate to develop a wide range of clinical and surgical skills.   Applicant must be able to work a flexible schedule and share weekend and holiday clinic duty with other staff veterinarians.  We will support an individual who would like to develop a special interest in a particular veterinary discipline.

We treat primarily dogs and cats with some exotic and pocket pets.  We offer a wide variety of medical and diagnostic services to our clients.  We perform a wide range of surgical services.   Emergencies after normal hours and complex medical cases are referred to local specialty -emergency facilities with whom we have an excellent relationship.   We offer our clients pediatric, wellness, geriatric, dental, nutritional and weight control programs.  Our hospital can house up to fifty patients.  We are client- oriented and also work with local animal shelters.  We have a dedicated clientele.  We encourage our staff to improve their veterinary skills through continuing education.

The hospital was recently re-certified as an AAHA Accredited Hospital.  We have  a six thousand  square foot modern state of- the-art facility  equipped with a new diagnostic laboratory, high tech digital radiographic equipment with
